This website is run by Tinting Brothers Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12118209, with its registered office at 4 Victoria Road, Northampton NN1 5ED. What we collect
When you ask for a price, we collect the details you type into the form:
- your name, and your phone number or email address (whichever you choose to provide)
- your car's make and model or registration
- the service you are interested in, the tint shade you picked and any message you add
If you call, message or email us, we keep the details you share in that conversation. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, give you a price, book and carry out the work, and deal with any warranty questions afterwards. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then performing that contract. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to run the website and our business:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the quote form on our behalf.
- Microsoft 365 delivers the form to our email inbox.
- Google Analytics measures how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies. You can change your choice with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
- Microsoft Clarity shows how visitors use pages, only if you accept analytics cookies. Form entries are hidden from it.
- Google Maps shows our location, only when you choose to open the map.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, including warranty claims, and for any period the law requires for our business records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to limit it. Email info@tintingbrothers.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
